This Terms of Use agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the mobile application Speak, owned by OOO “Vostok Media” / East Media Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By installing the application, you agree to the terms below.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, please delete the application and stop using it.

1. Use of the Application
Speak allows users to exchange messages, share files, and make audio and video calls.
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and not to violate the rights of other users.
2. Registration and Account
To use the application, registration with a phone number and/or other information may be required.
You agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• use only your own account;
• not share access with third parties;
• keep your verification code confidential (if used).

The Company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing your account with others.
3. User Content
You may send messages, photos, files, and other information (“Content”).
You confirm that you:

• own the rights to the Content you submit;
• do not violate copyrights or other rights;
• do not submit prohibited materials.

Prohibited content includes:

• pornography;
• scenes of violence;
• extremism;
• threats, insults, discrimination;
• fraud;
• materials that violate the law.

We reserve the right to restrict access or remove Content if it violates these rules.
4. Calls and Messages
The Company does not analyze the content of your personal messages or calls and does not share them with third parties.
Technical information (such as call duration, call type, and connection parameters) may be processed to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
If call recording or monitoring functionality is used, it may be available only to corporate users and can be enabled exclusively by the organization’s administrator in accordance with its internal policies.
In such cases, users may be notified of recording as required by applicable law.
5. Access to Contacts
If you allow access to your address book, the application may use this information to help you find contacts who are also registered in Speak.
We do not use your contacts for advertising or any other unrelated purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided “as is”.
The Company does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation of the application;
• complete absence of errors;
• compatibility with any specific devices.

We are not responsible for:

• loss of data due to technical reasons;
• network or equipment failures;
• actions of other users;
• any damage resulting from the use of the application.

7. Security
You agree not to engage in actions aimed at:

• attempting to hack the application;
• spreading malicious software;
• unauthorized access to other users’ accounts;
• disrupting the operation of the service.

If violations are detected, we may block your account.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account in the application or request data deletion via the support email.
After deletion, certain data may be retained for the period required by law.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update this Agreement.
Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
